Travel sessions require a minimum of 14 days’ notice to reschedule without penalty.

Travel session reschedules requested less than 14 days before the appointment will incur a fee of $50 per booked hour.

Travel session reschedules requested within 7 days of the appointment date will require payment of any applicable travel fees again for the new appointment date.

Rescheduling fees must be paid before a new appointment date will be confirmed.

Failure to satisfy outstanding rescheduling fees may result in denial of future booking requests and placement on the Do Not Book List.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to payment of the full session balance.

Clients who choose to reschedule instead of cancel may be eligible to apply funds toward a future appointment, subject to the rescheduling policies outlined above.

All sales, deposits, and payments are final.

Refunds are not provided for client cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, or failure to review booking policies.

The only circumstances in which a refund may be issued are when Strok’D By Adonis LLC cancels or reschedules an appointment and a mutually agreeable alternative date cannot be arranged.

If an alternative appointment date is offered and accepted, all original payments, deposits, and booking terms remain in effect and transfer to the newly agreed-upon date.

Once a rescheduled appointment has been accepted by the client, the original booking remains governed by this refund policy and is no longer eligible for refund consideration.

If a refund is approved by Strok’D By Adonis LLC, it will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the processing times of the financial institution involved.
